If theres no 19mm hex in your Buell tool kit bag on the bike, they can be found on e-bay or Amazon cheaply. May I suggest leaving Amazon to the more critical deliveries for now? Ebay usually comes right from the seller and will relieve Amazon from other important duties.

Sometimes you can use the large 13/16" spark plug socket IF the 3/8" drive swedge goes all the way through it. Turned around on an extension, that is typically a 3/4" hex (same as 19mm). It fits both ends of the bike, but be aware the front is LEFT HAND thread and says so on the fork leg.

Have you tested the one you have? If it has actually tested bad, theres a long-time trick of using the same Walbro fuel pump and sock that comes on a V-6 mustang. About $35 and easily researched on here. I've done it successfully myself and it's MUCH cheaper than buying new or using someones home-brew re-build.
