    Engine oil

Do you guys use 10w40 engine oil.
It can be anywhere from 5°c to 30°c when I'm riding

You can get a free copy of the service manual from Buellmods.com or Buelltooth.com and it has a temp chart for the correct weight oil.
Typically, I find 20w-50 'V-twin specific' oil (JASO) fits most situations for engine oil, and H-D formula + for the primary if it has a stock clutch in it.

The bike is completely stock I dont know why I guess I'm a sucker for it I just got this bike. And am usually riding cruisers so open to ideas. Thank you for the info. I have to go to harley anyway I guess for the fuel pump so I'll get the oil and filter there.
Someone was saying about a mustang by pump but can get a response

When I purchased my first Buell the Dealer, (sales, parts and mechanics all said use 20W50 year round). I used one of the Buell's as my year round daily commuter into Seattle for several years. The climate here is fairly mild with temperatures usually above 0 Degrees C. One year we had a cold snap with the temperature dropping to Minus -8.3 Degrees C. The bike started right up and ran flawlessly but I did stuff rags into both air scoops and the oil cooler. (commute was 6.4 miles to the ferry and 7.5 miles to the office in Seattle). Didn't have heated gear at the time and wouldn't have wanted to go much further.
