    5/24 Thunderhill

Very enjoyable if not a bit rusty. Really like the Pirelli tires.

Way to go outthere. Looking good! I know what you mean about rusty, after these last 3 months it takes a calm first session to shake it off and git on down wit da git down Which Pirellis? The new TD? I just put a brand new Q3+ on the front of the EBR tonight so Willow springs next weekend will be super fun.

I'm just so happy with the Dunlops I really don't feel the need to go softer Q4 or slicks and have to buy tires more often, lol.

I'm sure outthere is faster than me, many good riders are.

    But you're not, muahahahahaha.

I need to take care of these, they are rock hard (like me) but my last set

Tires are Pirellis latest SC's. Its a good street tire not track specific. I get 4 good days on a rear and the front should last through 2 rears. First time on the bike since November but it was like putting on an old shoe. Bike still amazes me how easy it is to ride. Keep in mind this is the newest bike I've ever ridden. The next newest was a 87' GSXR. I'm not A fast as I'm not in good enough shape to keep speed for an entire session. The biggest issue I face in B group is folks who apply brakes way to soon.

You are not wrong. Look up "Squid" and my picture is front and center. My chicken strips are as wide as the day is long.

But I am strong with the heckle.

A lot of my buddies use that SC and swear by it, on the street too. I'll probably try them out, once my front/rear replacement gets back in sync We aren't nearly done for this year and it's gonna be HOT in the desert.

I with ya, outthere. I feel I'm a solid mid-B pack guy. I can be consistently passing guys on corners, or get blown away by KTM 390's when it's a race weekend, haha. No trophies for track days!

It was in the high 90's Sunday. I retrospect I should have drank more water. The next tire I may try is the Bridgestone

Thats the hardest line to balance on, haha. It was 99* at Chuckwalla. Drink just enough water to hydrate (more than you think), but NOT enough to have to piss every hour and have to find the bathroom in your sweaty full leathers
