    XB12Ss rear fender trimming

    Did a rear fender trim on my XB12Ss. On the Ss the rear fender and belt guard are just ridiculously big! I didn’t want the typical short useless one, so I decided to modify the original. I cut off the belt guard and swapped it out with one from an R. Much more discrete but still looks factory. I didn’t shorten the original but I got rid of the “boxy” look. Just enough to clean it up but maintain it’s functionality. I may trim it some more, but for now it’s much more pleasing to the eye.
