    Front fork parts

So I was replacing my fork seals. The left fork went fine. On the right fork I could not tighten the preload adjuster to expose the clip. On both forks I had misunderstood the directions and backed the preload adjuster all the way out before removing the fork from the triple tree. The left one was fine and I was able to tighten it and expose the clip. The right fork I could not get to tighten. I thought I could get the whole thing off if I removed the fork cap. This resulted in me breaking the 3 pins on the preload adjuster.

So now the piece is still stuck and I know I will need to replace some parts.

My question is can you still buy the components or do I need to replace the whole fork?

It is a 2005 xb9r. I would need the cap and the "washer with 3 pins". Thanks

Casual observer. Thank you. I was able to order it today about $40 including shipping.

I might still come out ahead by doing this myself. Duh. 🙃
