    Or, get some sweet motogadget controls and do a wire tuck on the bars. That sounds cool...

    The LH side doesnt necessarily have to be plug and play... as the plug is missing. LOL!

    My biggest concern was the throttle cables being close to correct.

    Cooter says he knows about some other brand of controls that fit and work better.

    Thats what I was thinking about if I did the MT style headlight conversion. I know someone who did a super clean wire tuck on their yellow XB which looks amazing.

    Ok, so a quick trip to NAPA and I picked up some submersible fuel hose. That stuff ain’t cheap! Wowza!

    Anyhow, i reinstalled the fuel pump and bolted the muffler back up to let it idle nice and somewhat quietly so I could listen to what the motor was trying to say.



    Cooter thinks it a loose crank or clutch nut. I think he has a screw loose, but that’s another story for another time!

    You can use a screwdriver to try and pinpoint that noise if you don't have a stethoscope
