That's where I bought em'. $25 to mount. Last time I tried I ran out of patience.

Hey guys I could use some help here. Who can tell me where this washer/spacer goes. I believe its somewhere near the clutch or generator assembly.IMG-0400.jpgIMG-0401.jpg

According to the service manual, it looks like it goes behind the clutch. I'm curious how you got so far without the service manual?

Hmmmm, i'll double check in a few days but for some reason according to my memory the ID of the washer is smaller than that of the splined input shaft of the transmission that the clutch surrounds. I do have the manual but due to that memory i was looking in the wrong places. Thanks guys.
Any of you tune your own bikes? I'm starting to look into it and id really like to be able to put a good enough tune on it to bear it in and shake it down before passing it off to a pro with a dyno.

I din't re-read the whole thread so... unless you've added a turbo, or bigger crank/cam, Buell stock or Buell 'Race' tune will be perfectly ok.

Cooter, Ive added a few cubic inches. So I'm assuming that due to the fact that theres no MAF, its basically running a speed density tune. Which, again assuming, means that I'll be really lean unless i scale the fuel maps with the added CCs.

You may want to reach out to the Buelltooth dude (upaero on here).
Or contact Tim at IDS.
I dont even think you could consider DDFI to be speed density (as I understand it) as that refers to measuring air through mass. Buelltooth has a MAP sensor mod for our bikes he sells on his site.
