Isn't a Trust fork where you hand a fork to you enemy and turn your back?
Haha a Girvin linkage fork. I remember the GT LTS and STS thermoplastic bikes.
Did I tell you I still have a Trust fork?

OK Cooter, you're welcome to our tree house. But only if you bike in those Guinness slippers
Holy schmoly, I thought it was just another run of the mill tire holder. That thing is more bling than any of my bikes!!!

Now the true "trust" fork was that stupid Girvin, and trusting it not to throw me Endo-verEnd on a steep drop. Thus my forum name.

I never rode a Girvin fork, but would see them on Pro Flex bikes back in the day.
There is a cool review where Matt at Worldwide rides up a curb with no hands..
It also does a good job of preventing the head tube from dragging the ground.
We use Speedplays. The only clipless pedal we have ever used, since 1990. If it persists I'll try a pedal change. We rode 30 miles Friday on out tandem and feed did fine. Everything else hurt though.
Not worth much on the trails but when I get in the mood to swing my leg over a cruiser ...https://i.pinimg.com/originals/25/55...96385df2cc.jpg
my experience with speedplay is that people who ride them, swear by them... i only did crank brothers because back around 1999-2000 when i was considering clipless, the eggbeater just came out and seemed to be the answer to all my issues with clipless. i hadnt had good luck with shimano, at that point and the eggbeaters were pretty revolutionary at the time. i should have just stuck to shimano.
the only real issue with speedplay is that being a speedplay dealer was difficult, so it was tricky to find a dealer who had small parts in stock. i think their dealer programs may have changed since i was last in the mix, as i think speedplay was bought by another company a few years ago.
