For once I agree with cooter lol. Hope they can do it! Might be cool to see that "super tourer" go up against the pan America, go from zero american adventure tourers for sale to two wtf?!

I am curious to what extent these new "Buell" models will follow and build on Erik's work and where the funding is coming from. Will they really be "Buells" or just use the name? Does Melvin have financial backers or is this strictly a LAP venture? Building it up with the view of selling it later or in for the long haul? Yep, I admit that I am a little skeptical. Been on this ride before but hoping for a different outcome. Would love for Erik to be part of this, without Erik I just have a hard time calling them a Buell.

    Like Norton?

    or MV Agusta?

    or Triumph?

    or Indian?

Ya, I know he's the spark that kept Buell lit for so long but it's just a brand name now, and Erik feels exactly the same way about it.

is this outfit planning on peddling the marque as store-front "boutique" bikes? because no existing legit north american dealership would ever touch these again. and a start-up, other than BMW or H-D, quickly becoming a thing-of-the-past. BMW and H-D now merely trading existing fallen franchises.
