To Re-Buell or Not to Re-Buell, that is not the question

So I popped over after a 8 year hiatus from my beloved Xb12S that I sold in a psychotic fit during a move. Heck, I can't even remember my old user name or email at this point.
In cleaning out some boxes I ran across my fire orange plastics, k&n air, extra Bosch oil filter, bar risers and low rider scg seat - all of which are clearly the fastest, best handling, and most attractive accessories for any xbs.
Conundrum I find myself in is its such a hassle to post pics, reply to people that want your treasures, and ship out said treasures. Almost seems easier to throw'em on a high fuel efficiency, eco friendly, 100% American recycled,, green as it gets grocery getter that needs a pampering home.

Or put "Buell XB for sale" in the Ol' Google and see what happens??

I'm sure some positive minded Bueller will want them, perhaps one with a large assortment of non-running Buells in their garage? In Arizona?

Are "Fire Orange" plastics, translucent? If they are, I could be interested

As someone who sold his Buell thinking I would never ride a motorcycle again, but then healed up enough to be able to swing a leg over a seat, I would suggest that you get another one.
I went through 3 japanese bikes, but always compared them to a buell and eventually was able to buy back the Buell I sold and am super happy.

If you decide to not get another buell, as a short person with a 29" inseam, I'd be interested in that seat.

Sorry to ignore Cooter. Just noticed your post. Orange plastics are the fast smooth riding solid orange - tank, chin, fender, and white aftermarket windplate.

Yo Jack-O. My dreams might not be crushed, but I'm not finding the Shebogan brat of my dream and leaning towards Peroni and salsicca (more juice, newer, bit more money,...). Make me an offer and the low like-new seat is yours. Also have bar risers that further accommodate 29" inchers like us.

No go on that bike in Surprise?

I've been thinking about this one... and resisting going in to actually see it. Its more difficult than it sounds, as my XB parts are getting powdercoated 3 doors down.

This place is off 101 and Broadway in Mesa.

They also have a Vitpilen 701. Damn them!

and damn you too Cooter! You are not helping!

I'll show my vanity in that the Surprise bike has the wrong color wheels ~ lol. I'm also not a rabid wrencher like a lot of you guys so figure my long term chances of keeping a 20 year old ride going are as likely as keeping a 20 year old mistress happy.
