Clutch cover install instructions from section 1 of the service book:

NOTE
Each time the clutch inspection cover is removed the gasket
must be replaced.
8. See Figure 1-19. Install clutch inspection cover and new
gasket using three fasteners and washers and tighten to
84-108 in-lbs (10-12 Nm).

Also in section 1 of the service book:

See Figure 1-26. Install primary chain inspection cover
and new gasket to primary cover using two fasteners
with captive washers. Tighten fasteners to 40-60 in-lbs
(5-7 Nm).
