The Blast one is $175! Its interesting as Harley went from the "sensor on a plate" to the Blast style module then to the crank fired ignition for their models, but Buell went from "sensor on a plate" to the module for the Blast then back to the "sensor on a plate" setup until 2008 when they went to a crank fired setup as well.
Jetlee probably knows the backstory on it. It does simply things as the bike doesnt need a separate ignition module like the tube frame bikes did.
And NO! you cant just put points on it.
