Clip on handlebars

I am interested in putting clip on handlebars on my blast but I can't seem to find an adapter for it. I have found a few adapters but they are all bike specific. Also there seems to be a big discrepancy in pricing on the actual handles themselves. They are on Amazon for $30-$50 and other places for around $200. What is the difference?

Here's an idea. Measure the fork tube and search ebay/Amazon or whatever for that size is. Most sellers offer a variety of sizes, but you're going to have to do the hard part.
