Yes, sounds like the engine is “wet sumping” and you are not doing the correct procedure for checking the oil.

Or you have meth heads siphoning out your oil.

Run the engine, get it up to operating temp, THEN check the oil level.

I smell a case split and rebuild, sad but true. This is a bike i have not got to ride yet. Bought in in october 21 and when i tried to check oil this spring it was nothing on the dipstick.

Then check to make sure the hoses aren’t kinked or blocked. There should be a plug on the bottom of the engine case that will let you drain the oil from the case.

Have you put oil in the swing arm since you got the bike in October?

Have you tried leaving the dipstick out while the bike is running? You should see oil circulating in the swing arm.

Does the oil pressure light go off after the engine is running?

Oil pressure light goes out when the bike start, bike got 2,4 litres of oil in it, if i add more the oil foams and pour out of the swingarm.

Get it to operating temp, Ride it around the block, start over with a fresh oil and filter change.

How do you know that? If you are draining and re-filling... it's the SAME container that holds the dipstick.

You are assuming a case split because you can't check the oil? Oh lord...

    So many questions.

Are you checking it warm, after riding, while its on the side stand like the manual says too? RTFM.
