    Emission Label?

    Anybody know where the emissions label is supposed to be located and if they are 50 state legal bikes? Can't find the detail anywhere.. 2001 Buell Blast (500cc) Thank you.

    EPA-DOT compliance sticker left side steering neck. Many have been removed.

    Not all. VIN digits 6&7 identify conformity.

    Not all. VIN digits 6&7 identify conformity.
    Do you know which is which 6 and 7? and what place that is in the vin, appreciate the detail.

    For the 2001 P3 BLAST model:

    VIN is total of 17 digits consisting of combination of letters and numbers
    Digits four and five will read KP designating P3 BLAST model
    Digits six and seven will read 13 if built for 49 states and rest of the world
