Your exhaust is made by D&D
I drove 15 hours to pick up this baby 2 years ago. It was quite neglected and I've replaced all the mismatched or missing fasteners using blue loctite to make sure they don't fall out like my shifter bolt did while riding on the interstate. It is my second V-twin, the first was a 1987 FXRP. Buell changed my mind about V-twin engines.
Question for you. Anyone know what kind of exhaust this is? It's pretty loud and I love the sound, but no clue what it is. Can't find a photo of one exactly like it anywhere.
I will be changing headlights. Not a fan of this look, but can't decide if I want to LED Buell it, VROD headlight it, KTM knockoff LED it, or what....

In order, my two wheelers were 1976 Honda 360T, 1994 Yamaha FJ1200 (w stage 1 kit, Vance and Hines slip on, R1 rear wheel), 2012 BMW R1200R, 2009 MV Agusta Brutale 910S, 1987 FXRP that was stripped down and went to Sturgis with me, 1977 Honda CT70 and now this 2004 Buell XB9S. Wrecked pretty bad in 1993 so now I'd rather sweat than bleed.

Thank you Outlaw.
I currently live in CENLA (central Louisiana) and it’s been high 90’s and high 90’s humidity. I prefer to sweat than freeze and here it’s year round riding weather without special gear. Unfortunately we don’t have nice curvy roads but I’m surviving. Keep the rubber side down.
PO put a K&N on with D&D and a stock ECM???
am not surprised. He had hard wired fan to the headlights to come on full w the key. I would have done a switched ground but then again, I’m a solder and heat shrink kind of guy. Even the wheel bearings were dry and growling when I got it. Replaced both with Nachi vs NTN.
Im good John. Riding when I can. Trying to be kind to my air/oil cooled machines and ride early when it's cooler. How you holding up ?
I bought the Amazon version of the replacement LED headlight assembly. If you're after the stock look with a more modern light solution, its a pretty good option. The light output and quality is a little better than stock, and a new stock assembly ain't cheap these days.
When you changed the wheel bearings, hopefully you inspected the spacers and they were in great shape. If not, you may be doing this job again soon.
The PO may have put a free Rev-Mo tune on the bike.
Do you have any better pics of the exhaust? It could be a D&D, but then again it could just be a Hawk or a Special Ops.

Thanks 34nineteen.
I may just try the Amazon version of the LED. I prefer to ride it vs work on it, so lately I haven't been up for modding it. I probably should have done it when I put 7W fork oil in and had it all apart a month or two ago. I would like to cut out under the rear seat cover to make room for tool storage. My wife doesn't ride with me and I have removed the passenger pegs and brackets to shave a few pounds off the bike.
Both spacers were in good shape. Yes sir.
How can I tell if the REV-MO tune has been done on the bike? I do have a bluetooth dongle I can read codes with.
I will look more closely at the exhaust, but I do have a photo from the rear with the rear tire off and the exhaust does look like that D&D photo you shared.
I changed the plugs last week (both loose, and were 7 series heat range) back to DCPR9EIX w/copper anti-seize, but haven't even run a full tank through the bike to check mileage. Been very wet and these days I only ride for fun, so no suffering through that. This weekend looks like mid-80's weather and clear, so I hope to get more miles on the new plugs.
Appreciate the feedback and insight. Thanks again!
Been so busy riding I forgot to take pictures until I noticed my shifter seal was seeping, so I taped up the spline and installed a new seal over the weekend.
Here is what I have of the exhaust without taking off the nose, which leads me to think it's a D&D based on your photo:
