I need help

My xb9s had trouble going into neutral but I was able to ride it and shifted fine about 30 min later it wouldn’t down shift and the like 10 min after that the bike came out of gear while I was riding and now the shifter won’t move up or down and the bike rolls any idea on what broke

I would start by pulling the primary and inspecting the shift pawl assembly.
