I had my bike remapped at the dealer on the first tank of gas on only town driving got 260km on 14L of fuell. Second tank after, with freeway driving of 160km @ 100-120km/h got 286km before the light came on. Does any body else get that milage i used to get around 220km on 14L if i push 180km. Would like to know the bike feels as powerfull as before and much smooter at high 4500-5500rpm.

I have an 09 with only 1400 miles on it and got 200km out of 12.3 liters of Esso Super bleifrei. So you are gettin better mileage than me. What year is your bike LionBuell?

I have an `06 with almost 24000km on. Just for some more info 3rd tank got 246km the light came on this morning so don`t know the liters usually on 14L did about 5km at 180km/h yesterday, and some hard riding in the twistys so its definately much better. mxchay a remap is when you overwrite the factory programmed ecu with a more optimised map. They can also change it for more power low or higher in the rev range, or for economy so there is lots of options. If you have know how you can do it with ECM Spy, i dont so i gave it to the professionals. Any one correct me if i`m wrong.

    Ulysses 06, 20,000km,

On a trip from Regina SK to Winnipeg MB, I was getting 4L/100km at a 100k/hr, on the way back the mileage dropped to 6L/100km, most likely because I was cruising at a 140km/hr. Which could explain the lower gas mileage. The road from Winterpeg to Regina is pretty straight and a touch boring.... I was a bit freaked out when the gas light came out in the middle of nowhere. But then like magic a gas station appeared, still in the middle of nowhere.
