I have the lower triple/steering stem for an XB.

Why only the bottom?

Upper is sold already. Thought I had the lower sold with the forks, but then he backed out and only took the forks.

Apparently the upper is really easy to sell.

Do not worry, this is NOT from a stolen bike. I have the key/lock set for sale too.
