Simple just a couple wires to cut and connect. I had the tinted lense but busted it, so I just went back to the stock lense.

I got mine off a company from ebay for $85 including the lense but they are available off Americansportbike.com, here is a link to the light, there are a couple choices.

Just for you Dave. It was the first mod for my old bike, actually bought it before I had the bike. I had a video although it was embarrassing, since I video taped it. I was trying to do a burnout but ended up on the side, but my old computer died which erased the funny but embarrassing video.

Added a couple better ones, you can see the damn Uly tire they mounted up on my bike at the dealer too. Man I was pist, handled well but wasnt what I wanted.

    And a close up too.

Thanks, that American sportbike site is very useful. But seems like the intergrated tail light I want is less on this site http://clearalternatives.com
May be a diff. manufacturer. Not sure which one to order now. Way to confuse me...(easy to do though I'm very blond) Can anyone tell me if its the same or is one better quality than the other?

Buy what you wish some swear buy the more expensive ones, were as myself I bought the cheaper one and it has lasted 3 years. I payed $85 for my LED light and the tinted lense. I am sure the pricier ones are better but if you take care of the others they should last.

As far as my bike looking different yes, but I do have a different Firebolt now from the one in the picture.

    Here's a comparison I saw a while back:

Personally I like the added visibility...
