Click on the "primary reduction" link in my above post. It's the stock XB9 primary gears. when you put it in an XB12 it yield an 11% gear reduction for that "added control way down low"Lefox...what kinda pulley's you runnin to rev higher?
I would think that you could put a XB12 primary gears in you XB9 and that would yield lower highway RPMs.Or for higher top end...lower highway rev's....adding teeth to the tranny pulley.
