my need for speed is satisfied by BamBam, he can get to 120+ mph and that works for me....
...my days of yearning for and riding at suicidal speeds are gone (I once did 170 mph on my FZR 1000 which was done to the tits for top end, and even that was for aboot 10 seconds)

...for me the essence of riding is too become one with your machine, to develope an intimate relationship of how it reacts to every situation, knowing its subtle nuances, riding/working on your bike is how you go aboot doing this in my humble opinion....

any monkey can go fast in a straight line and the world is full of enough posers who just want to look good or fulfill some media engineered concept of what it is to be a motorcylist.
