Great looking mods, guys.
I cut mine up, just a circle the same size as the front pulley. I'm in the process of making a cover for the pulley that I can put the buell logo on it. I think when it's not moving it'll look like it's the stock cover with a logo on it. I thought about just leaving it uncovered but the nut and locking washer are a bit too industrial looking for the clean lines of the bike. I'll get some pictures a little later. I think I might have a video on my phone too.
cut up mine in a hurry but you get the idea. the vents were a last minute add on. the only advice i can give is, use a dremmel that has speed adjustment. that was my problem.

Nice work now you got me thinking I want to do the same thing but with a twist..
Do you guys ever find that dirt and moisture collect inside the guard now that there is a big hole in it? Kid of weary about cutting it up for that reason

are you afraid of dirt getting between belt and pulley? if so, dont be :D
