I'll be running the clip on's if I can machine the tree and clamp to go up high enough since my fork tubes are tapered and these currently don't fit correctly.
Is this most recent pic the bars that you will be running or the clip-on's? This thing has came a long way. Going to be a real head turner when you get her done!!!

Body work is getting pretty close for finish sanding.
Then I scored this for $300! It's trashed because the swing arm mount is broken, but now I can build headers off this instead of my own bike.
One side of the seat merged back together with the air box
i think it would look cool with a similar pipe setup to this one but keeping the 2 pipes a 2 separate outlets.

or something like this but have one pipe on each side of the bike.
Not possible to do under the tail on an XB like that first bike, I'd love to but there's no way to get tubing thru the back of the frame without running it behind the left side peg and back up to the tail, but you're just gaining weight at that point for looks. which is a waste.
All my exhaust parts will be here tomorrow, going with a single outlet with a gp style exit behind the left side peg.
Looking good Baja. Just curious, do you think you gained or lost any weight so far?you're just gaining weight at that point for looks. which is a waste.
Definetely losing weight. My new subframe will be laser cut aluminum (vs the current 5 lb steel tube subframe), and the new muffler is 1.7 lbs I believe (vs current 3-4 lb I built).
Ended up needing to lower the head light
Added to the air scoop, may need some more trimming
