CityX Handguards

I have a used set of CityX handguards for sale. I bought these to use on my bike during the winter, but the hardware will not fit inside of my bars due to me having the Pro Taper SE bars. They have some scratches on them, and one looks like it went down with the bike at some point. They could be painted flat black and look perfect.
