Back in the old days thats how I would get rid of my finger prints for my nite job.
Thanks Buelly. Thats exactly what I was using and the results were GREAT! After a whole damn day of rubbing. I guess old fashioned hard work always wins

That's funny ^^^
I actually had a hard time getting my CCW because my fingerprints are so light and scarred up from using my digits inappropriately my whole life
If you die pretty... you did it wrong
Wonder what effect meguiars cleaner wax would have on the Buell?
Meguiars makes a good product, although I prefer 3M. I don't think they'd do much. 'Cleaner' waxes are more abrasive than just straight wax but I've found that the durometer of the Buell plastics is so much softer than regular plastics that you need to go very, very abrasive to remove any scratches or spiderwebbing.
No scratches? Just regular wax will keep them shiny and clean.
im not really a fan of "cleaner wax" meguirs is good stuff in the private market. If your plastics are looking a dull, go with compound, swirl polish or "glaze", then wax and it will shine like no body's business! cleaner wax is basically swirl polish and wax mixed together so as with things like "shampoo and conditioner in one!" it doesnt really do either as well as the two individual products do
For quick plastic clean up/light scratch removal, including bug removal from your faceshield/helmet, I use meguire's Scratch-X. I had it on the shelf, tested it, and now I use after most rides. Little bit goes a long way too

Nice. I have a Pivot Switchblade.
Back to topic:
I'd never thought of using Muc off on my motorcycle. I've just been experimenting with the different motorcycle cleaners I see at the shops. I do need to do some light scuff/rash removal on some plastics I've been picking up.
