Hey everyone,
New to the forum but I've had my bike for a little under a year now. Love it aside from the nightmare it is to work on. Anyways, I was out riding yesterday when she started to sputter a bit before I managed to pull into a parking lot where she died. Tried to crank it back up but had no luck other than a few burbles. Took the gas cap off and cranked it like that and she started up just fine. Gas cap back on, lower rpms are rough but the mid range and higher run great. Managed to get her home and as soon as I park and let her idle she seems to be running perfect as if nothing happened. Worried about taking it out again in case the same situation comes up. Any advice or comments would be much appreciated.
