Just like Ol' 'Tuna Can' above, I run bar ends and split traffic too.

It sucks that the best mirror location is ugly:( The OEM lollipops work pretty well, but if you want to narrow your own bars and keep your bar ends, it's pretty easy to do. A little goes a long way. Strip the bars and drill the switch locating holes 1/2" in, cut off 1/2" from the bar ends and re-install everything. If thats not enough, do it again:eagerness:

I couldn't help my self, had to buy it. July 2008 build date XB12Ss Lightning Long......in translucent Red with many extras. 12,000km on it.

I cheated, it's actually a Custom Buell Service sourced damper kit with a custom isolator bolt so I didn't have to drill and tap mine, for the cost, I couldn't pass it up. So far, seat is ok? When I was street riding it was a bit stiff, but I could also move and change pressure points so not horrible. On track I try not to sit. :D I haven't thought about it while racing so I'll take that as a win.
 
I always forget about those guys. They're heavy on FB and I don't do that so... Looks like some very nice XB projects on there!

Good to know about the seat. Still looking for the perfect donor bike:)
